How often should I groom my dog?

Most dogs should be groomed every 4–8 weeks depending on their breed, coat type, and lifestyle. Long-haired dogs may need grooming more often to prevent matting

Not necessarily. Short-haired breeds may only need regular baths, brushing, nail trims, and hygiene care. Long-haired and double-coated breeds typically require more detailed grooming.

How long does a grooming appointment take?

Appointments usually last 1.5 to 4 hours. Puppies, large dogs, or heavily matted coats may take longer.

Health & Safety

What vaccines are required?
We require pets to be up to date on core vaccinations, including rabies. This ensures the safety of all pets in our care. For details, see our Vaccine Requirements Policy Page.
Can you groom aggressive or anxious dogs?
Yes. We have experience handling nervous, shy, or reactive dogs. Please let us know in advance so we can schedule extra time and create a calm environment.
Do you sedate pets?
No. We never sedate animals. If your pet requires sedation for medical or behavioral reasons, that must be done by your veterinarian before grooming.

What’s included in full-service grooming?
Our full-service groom includes: bath, blow-dry, brushing, haircut or trim, nail care, ear cleaning, paw pad trim, and finishing spray.
Do you do deshedding treatments?
Yes. We offer specialized deshedding treatments for high-shedding breeds like Huskies, Shepherds, Retrievers, and others.
Can I request a specific haircut?
Absolutely. Bring photos or describe your preferences, and we’ll do our best to match your desired style.

How much does grooming cost?
Pricing varies by breed, size, coat condition, and services requested. We’ll give you an estimate before your appointment begins.
Do you offer package deals?
We don’t offer set packages. Each dog receives personalized care based on their specific needs to ensure the best grooming experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and most major forms of payment. Please confirm at booking if you have a preferred method.

At-Home Care Between Grooms

How can I keep my dog’s coat in good condition between grooms?

"Regular brushing is the best way to prevent mats and tangles. I can recommend the right brush or comb for your dog’s coat type."

Can I use human shampoo on my dog?

No. Human shampoos can irritate a dog’s skin. Always use a dog-safe shampoo, or schedule a bath at our salon for best results.
