Cancellation Policy

  • Advance Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: Failure to show up without notice may result in a fee and/or requirement of a deposit before booking future appointments.

By notifying us early, you allow us to offer that appointment time to another client in need.

Late Arrivals

Here’s what to expect when you bring your dog in for a full-service groom:

Grace Period

We understand things happen. A short grace period (about 10 minutes) may be allowed.

Beyond 15 Minutes Late:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This ensures we stay on schedule for other pets and clients.

Shortened Appointments

In some cases, we may be able to complete a partial service if time is limited, but the full fee may still apply.

Deposits & Repeat Cancellations

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will I be charged if I cancel due to an emergency?

    We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you.

  • What if I’m running late?

    Call us right away to let us know. Depending on the schedule, we may still be able to accommodate you or reschedule.


  • Do you require deposits for every appointment?

    No. Deposits are only required in cases of repeat cancellations or no-shows.


  • Can I transfer my appointment to someone else?

    No. Appointments are booked specifically for your pet. However, we encourage you to rebook if your schedule changes.
